Working in Public Health & Communities at Cumberland
Deliver a range of Health and Wellbeing initiatives for individuals and families in Cumberland to live well by addressing factors that influence health & wellbeing and help our residents build on their capacity to be independent, resilient and maintain good health for themselves and those around them.
Help our residents understand and address issues such as exercise, diet, smoking, mental health and life choices and work with partners across Health and Care services to prevent, delay or deter the need for packages of support.
