Meet Amanda Gill
Organisational Development and Workforce Training Partner
"Cumberland is an ambitious new council with an open-door attitude. Even though we have over 4000 members of staff the senior leaders and the chief exec really do take time to listen to the voices of the staff and want to ensure we are an inclusive employer. This is something that in my 20 years with local government I have never experienced before."
"Organisational Development is an amazing place to work, develop and learn. The team are so forward thinking and ambitious in their creative development for the organisation. Our managers are supportive of our individualities, and this is a team where managers take time to understand each person's skills and strengths and allow you to develop your career to suit you. Every day is different, full of new possibilities and challenges which are always embraced by a positive and supportive team. I am able to approach my role with confidence in what I can deliver and the knowledge that with such a great team I always have wonderful people around me, ready to step in and collaborate at any moment."
