Working in ICT throws up lots of different challenges. Each day is different from the last and we can never predict what the forthcoming day will bring. We are first point of contact for most Council colleagues and external users with IT issues from password resets to more complex troubleshooting. Our aim is to identify and resolve ongoing issues to ensure all departments within the Council run smoothly and efficiently. Working for the organisation is very rewarding and we as a team look forward to the challenges of the future growth and development of the Council.
