Meet Lindsay Woodrow
Support Worker (Burnrigg Court)
"I used to work as a carer for another service. I personally think this is the best change I have done. I am more relaxed, less stressed as the hours suit me. I get time to engage with those who use the service and have good relationships with them. I feel happy in myself, my colleagues are great and I felt like I fit in well from the moment I came to work for Cumberland Council. I get the opportunity to train & develop myself."
